Here you can talk to a professional counsellor securely and confidentially in one of the following ways.
A live video face to face counselling session through your webcam
A real time text-based chat with a counsellor using a graphical interface
Or you can communicate one-on-one with a counsellor via a series of emails
It's entirely up to you which format to use.
