Costs and Co-payments
Many of our government-funded services require a co-payment when service is received. Your co-payment will vary according to the type of service you receive. For your convenience, co-payment rates are clearly displayed in all our reception areas and a copy is available upon request.
Spiritus is mindful that the requirement of a co-payment can cause additional stress in an already stressful situation. Where a co-payment will create financial hardship or difficulty for you, the Group Services Manager is able to reduce or waive such fees upon request.
Please do not hesitate to discuss any such difficulties with your counsellor and/or contact our Group Services Manager.
No co-payments apply for services to people who are:
- under 18 years of age,
- a full time student,
- an aged pensioner, or
- a war veteran.
